How this list works
A Right Party Contact is created automatically the instant a number is marked Personal — that mark means “this is the correct person for the property with the correct phone number”. RPCs stay here until they are imported to GHL. The tier sets the default cadence (Hot every 3–5 days, Warm every 2–3 weeks, Cool every 60–90 days); logging a touch rolls the next date forward by that cadence, and you can override the date per contact at any time. Notes live in Oakside only — they reach GHL as individual notes when, and only when, you press Import to GHL.
